We sang a song in Czech this past Sunday. I had a visitor there who watched me from the time I began raising support to when I finally got on the plane. She reminded me, “Jess, do you know how long it took you to get here? And now you’re singing songs in Czech.” Even though I am so very sad to be away from my family and friends during the holidays, I am so thankful that I am where I am supposed to be.
